Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • The original packaging, including the label and invoice, must be intact.

Important Requirements

  • Condition: Items must be unused and free from scratches or deformities.
  • Documentation: An unboxing video is required for damaged, incorrect, missing, or sizing issues. For sizing issues, a post-wearing video is also needed.
  • Quality Check: Returned items will be inspected by our quality assurance team. Items not meeting our criteria will be returned to you at your expense, with no reimbursement.
  • Replacement: Only possible for the same product if a damaged or incorrect item is verified through the unboxing video.
  • Out of Stock: If the replacement product is out of stock, a gift card of equal value will be issued.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift wrapping services and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Size: All products come in one standard size as specified on our website.
  • Shipping Charges: If reverse pick-up is unavailable, customers must use a local courier service at their own expense.
  • Delivery Address: Returns must be sent to the initial delivery address.
  • Processing Time: Returns take 7-10 working days to reach our warehouse.
  • One-Time Return: Return is allowed only once per order.

Returning an Order

To facilitate a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “Return” link at the top: https://www.gleamandglitz.com.
  2. Complete the Return Request form with your Order Number, Email ID/Mobile Number, reason for return, and upload a video/photo as required.
  3. Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, you’ll receive further instructions. If not, a rejection message will be sent.

After initiating the return, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. A gift card will be issued within 24 hours after the quality check.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that for all COD and prepaid orders, cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
